Hello, orchard lovers and wellness seekers!
The orchard is calling, and this Saturday, November 1st, we’re rolling out the mats for Yoga & Apple Bliss - a full day of movement, mindfulness, and mountain-grown goodness at The Orchard at Meadow Lakes. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply craving a peaceful escape among the trees, this is your invitation to breathe deep, stretch wide, and savor the final whispers of fall.
We’re thrilled to welcome back Jenni Dallis, your guide for three beautifully curated sessions nestled in the heart of the orchard:
10:00 AM – Gentle Flow
Ease into your day with soft, accessible movements perfect for all levels. Wake up your body, calm your mind, and let the morning light filter through the leaves.
12:30 PM – Vinyasa Flow
Build warmth and strength with a smooth, flowing sequence. Link breath to motion as the Sierra Nevada backdrop inspires every transition.
4:00 PM – Restorative Yoga
Wind down with supported poses, deep stretches, and quiet reflection. The perfect way to close the day—wrapped in stillness, with cider in hand.
All ages and levels are welcome. No experience needed- just a mat, comfortable layers, and a willingness to connect with nature and community.

What’s Included?
Breathtaking orchard views
Fresh apple cider & warm applesauce to sip between (or after) classes
Access to our arts & crafts nook, gift shop, and farm store treats
A soul-nourishing experience you’ll carry with you long after the final namaste

After class, linger a while. Browse handcrafted gifts, pick up a cup of warm applesauce, or simply sit with a warm mug of cider and watch the shadows stretch across the rows. This isn’t just yoga - it’s a celebration of the land, the season, and the joy of being together.Weather
Note: We’ll post a final go/no-go update by 8:00 AM Saturday. Retail and farm are open to the public from 9am-3pm, unless there is snow falling - and it is thick (so come say hi, anyway!). Fingers crossed for clear skies and perfect fall temps!
Let’s make this Saturday one to remember - under the apple trees, with the mountains as our witness. ;)
See you on the mat,
Your Orchard Family
P.S. Bring a friend! Share the fun.
